Diagnose diseases, equip rooms with everything necessary for proper therapy, hire qualified employees – and get ready for an influx of patients, because illness does not come alone! How long will you look at the bright side of life if your patients are completely grey?

Having defeated the disease, research more effective treatment methods and develop new devices so that the healthcare machine never stops for a second.

Analyze statistics and other hospital data to identify your strengths and weaknesses in a timely manner and make appropriate decisions. Change treatment prices, control staff turnover, take out loans and increase payback.
Employees with very different personalities will work under your leadership. Keep track of who is doing the work and who is just holding a position.
Look for a balance between profit and team spirit (and remember that the purpose of a hospital is to heal).
