Description: Skabma – Snowfall is an unusual project from Finnish developers, where the main emphasis is on the tales of indigenous peoples living in Northern Europe. The plot tells about a boy named Ailu, a young reindeer herder from the Sami tribe. His village was enveloped by an unknown disease, infecting not only the inhabitants, but also the land. While trying to find a lost deer, the main character encounters a shamanic drum that belonged to ancient healers, which becomes the only hope for salvation.

The main emphasis in the passage is on exploring locations, trying to get to hard-to-reach places. The project was developed with love for its culture and traditions. The Sami are a people living in the Scandinavian countries and partially found in northwestern Russia. The developers included everyday life and linguistic features into the plot, and the voice acting was done in the Northern Sami dialect. The authors remind us of the importance of preserving history and remembering our roots.
