The Legendary Dude, who has already experienced a lot of things, now lies on a bed in a hospital and suffers from strange visions, which were caused by too many blows to the head. But even here he could not simply rest. After receiving strange drugs and seeing patients go crazy from them, the Dude decided to try to escape from here. But the outside world is not so simple. Everyone around has gone crazy, and now dangers and trials await the main character at every corner.

Once outside the hospital as the Dude, you will immediately encounter enemies and fight terrible monsters. destroy everyone around you with the help of different weapons, create chaos and shed blood. In other words, good old POSTAL style action awaits you. Except for just a few things…

Instead of the typical sandbox open world for the series, now in POSTAL: Brain Damaged you will find a classic corridor shooter, with small locations crowded with monsters. Here you won’t be able to stop and sit for a while. here you will have to run forward all the time and without stopping, destroy everyone who gets in your way, collect weapons and ammunition. create things that cannot be described in words, and survive.

As always, there are more than enough weapons in the game, and each weapon is unique in its own way. Here you will find typical firearms, unusual guns, and strange instruments, like a shovel and a saw. In general, a bloodbath is guaranteed.
