Description: Lovecraft’s Untold Stories 2 is an action role-playing game with rogue-like elements, the plot of which continues the story of Lovecraft’s Untold Stories. In this game, the heroes move to a new stage in the fight against the unknown, and the new graphics style makes what is happening much more exciting. Collect randomly dropped loot and resources, craft them into gear, explore old and new procedurally generated areas, fend off dozens of different enemies, and defeat legendary bosses! But be careful: the game is even more difficult than before, and the nightmare monsters won’t give up so easily!

A PICTURE THAT MAKES YOU CRAZY. In the spring of 1926, the surrealist artist Ardois-Bonneau presented his work entitled “Dreamland” at the Paris Salon. As soon as the painting was unveiled, riots began in the gallery: visitors began running around the building screaming. Soon after the end of the exhibition, Ardois-Bonneau fell fast asleep, and no one managed to wake him up. According to rumors, shortly before the onset of this “sleeping sickness” he was close to completing his greatest masterpiece, which would change the entire world.

6 CHARACTERS. This time you have up to 6 different characters at your disposal, both old and new, and each of them has their own strengths and weaknesses. The detective, witch and professor from the first part of the game will continue to fight the Great Old Ones. They will be joined by a medium, a veteran and a psychiatrist.

CREATION OF EQUIPMENT. One of the new mechanics we’ve included in Lovecraft’s Untold Stories 2 is the ability to craft equipment. Find blueprints to create and upgrade items (clothing, weapons and consumables). Each such item will change the appearance of your character.

ROGUELIKE ELEMENTS. This game is not a pure roguelike: after the death of the hero, you do not have to start the game again. Levels are generated randomly, and if you die, you will have to play from the very beginning of the area; this will “reset” monsters and loot. Don’t forget to explore the level and complete additional quests to get more loot and resources that will help you progress through the story campaign.

6 characters you can play for – 3 familiar heroes from the previous part of the game and 3 newcomers. Each has their own weapons, equipment and skills. Switch between them whenever you want to choose the one best suited for the task at hand!
Collect hundreds of different weapons and clothing items, or craft your own gear – Search every room on the map and open every crate to receive randomly generated loot, money to buy resources, and blueprints to craft items.
Side quests are extremely important – By completing side quests, you can get resources that will help you progress further in the story campaign. Don’t forget to run every additional task you find. They don’t have to be done right away; save them for when you need extra loot!
Use roguelike elements – Level maps, like loot, are generated randomly. The game is not a pure roguelike: if your character dies or you want to go through the level again, you will only lose data on the passage of the territory in which you are currently located. Use this: If you get the loot you want, try the level again!
Use amulets! These sacred relics will give your character strange new abilities. Choose the ones that suit you best and make your adventure unique. But be careful: power will come at a price!
Plunge into a world of darkness, where every step could be your last. Stay on the edge of madness as you explore the Asylum and other areas of Arkham, as well as the swamps, the enchanted forest, the underworld and many more procedurally generated levels!
