Description: GWENT: Rogue Mage is the official single-player story add-on for the game of the same name. Several thousand years ago, the world found itself in mortal danger due to a huge number of monsters that broke into the lands. People were unable to resist them and the monsters gradually captured new lands, without giving humanity a single chance. The young but ambitious magician Alzur and his beloved Lilianna suggested that only artificially created mutants can fight the creatures, and now they have to test their theory.

The project combines the best elements of strategy, roguelike and card battler that Gwent gamers love. Events in GWENT: Rogue Mage take place in the already familiar Witcher universe, long before the appearance of Geralt, during a magical cataclysm called the Conjugation of the Spheres. The game reveals the details of the mysterious phenomenon, and also tells the story of the main characters between card battles.

The game mechanics are a mixture of map travel and turn-based battles, where players take turns attacking each other using warrior cards or magic spells. Place them on the field in the most favorable location, forming a squad. Some of them are good at ranged combat, so they go to the far row, while others deal damage at close range, so they go to the first row. Once you win, you unlock a treasure chest or an event that will reveal part of the story. Choose which path to take to reach your goal based on the rewards offered to maximize your combat power and prepare for the final boss fight.
