Description: Remorse: The List is a classic survival horror game. The main character finds himself in the small Hungarian town of Hidegpuszta, whose inhabitants turn into strange creatures, and the streets take on a frighteningly surreal look. The only clue you have is a list of names with dates of birth. Investigate what happened here and get out of this hellish place alive.
The gameplay is about exploring the city, and there is definitely something to see in it. You will have a wide choice of actions, because you will visit almost every house. Be careful: it seems that humanoid monsters are hiding in places familiar to people and may ambush you in one of the rooms. Look into the boxes and find useful materials that will help you survive. Build a defensive weapon from available materials and maybe you will be lucky and find a firearm.
Along the way you will come across various puzzles, the solution of which will require you to apply not only logic, but also find a certain object. Despite the fact that there will always be a shortage of materials, the game provides an inventory with a limited number of slots. You will be faced with a difficult choice: take a plot item, a first aid kit, or ammo for a pistol?
An unusual feature is that the plot is told through riddles and the narrative is non-linear. You can easily find a note from the middle, open a piece of history from the end and gradually fill in the gaps. The backstory is told through videotapes and voice recordings. Find a tape recorder and immerse yourself in the eerie details of what is happening.
