The events of the game take place in those distant times when Caesar tried with all his might to conquer Gaul and the rest of the world. Well, in these glorious times you will have to take the side of the emperor and try to capture Gaul, leading one of the most powerful detachments of his army. Grab your shield and sword, take your loyal soldiers with you on the road, and into battle…

The game itself isn’t particularly graphically realistic or believable, but even so, it’s truly captivating. At the very least, we can say for sure that the developers managed to create an atmosphere that attracts attention. The storming of the fortress, breaking gates, skirmishes with enemy troops, warriors screaming on both sides, blood and mountains of corpses – all this creates an atmosphere through which you will be able to fully experience what was happening on the battlefield in those days.

The best thing about this game is that it offers not just battles on the battlefield, but a whole range of different opportunities, tasks, and goals that you will achieve. For example, you will have to storm enemy fortresses, or besiege enemy units in different buildings, or defend your own camp from the enemy, or even complete tasks outside the fortresses, storming gorges and bypass paths. There are many options, and Shieldwall offers something new in each case.
