You have to take control of the Phantom, a local vandal who likes to cause trouble in the area and whose name is spoken in a whisper after the events of the previous part. It seems that your friend and also the coolest frog rapper has disappeared, and no one noticed. You have to go in search of him, and at the same time immerse yourself in the busy life of this godforsaken city, where suspicious individuals live.

The vandal’s favorite simulator is back, only this time it’s even more crazy! The developers kept the beloved mechanics of the first part, but improved them to give players an unforgettable gaming experience.
