Description: Torn Away is a story-driven adventure game that offers a look at the horrors of World War II through the eyes of not just a civilian, but a child learning to adapt to a new reality. Asya is only ten years old and, like many of her peers, the girl wants to jump in puddles, float paper boats along streams and have fun with friends, but Europe is in hellfire. Together with her mother, the heroine ends up in a labor camp, but the child manages to escape and now she has to find a way to return home. Will you be able to walk hundreds of kilometers and will you not lose faith in humanity and goodness in general along the way?

The developers skillfully structured the narrative in such a way that the dark moments will certainly overlap with the light ones. Despite all the drama of what is happening, Torn Away will give you a sea of ​​bright emotions and make you think about the important things in life. Throughout the story, the main character will now and then remember her past life, without even realizing that the bright days have not passed forever and await everyone in the future.

Also an original move was that throughout the entire playthrough the mechanics will change depending on the level. Players will have to play both a classic adventure game to find an object, and take part in a platformer with stealth elements, where they will have to sneak past soldiers and guards unnoticed. Separately, it is worth noting the first-person mission, where you look at what is happening literally from the character’s point of view and feel all the emotions like a girl who had to grow up early and painfully against her will.
